How Define Digital Edge Came to Be
It started back in 2012. Before there was a team or an agency, there was one person doing the work — freelancing on the top marketplaces, learning the craft client by client, project by project. Years of hands-on work across websites, SEO, and paid ads built the kind of practical expertise you only get by actually doing the work, not just talking about it.
By 2018, that experience had grown into something bigger. We brought together a team and launched Define Digital Edge with a clear purpose: to help small and medium businesses grow — the kind of businesses that don’t have huge budgets to waste and can’t afford an agency that overpromises and underdelivers.
Along the way, we paid close attention to how other agencies operated. And a lot of what we saw bothered us: random pricing dressed up to look lucrative, big promises with no substance, and jargon designed to confuse rather than clarify. We knew there was a better way to do this — a fairer way.
